In the basement, located in the South and East wings of the complex, there are two community halls, which are available to the public for wedding and other functions, against a donation. The hall located in the South wing is full air conditioned, and is 3,500 sq. ft. in size.
The East wing hall is 2,500 sq. ft. in size. The larger hall in the South wing was recently totally renovated, decoratively.
